A 2-star menu

Groupe ADP has had the Club’s menu produced by Jean-Michel Lorain from Burgundy, the holder of two stars in the Michelin Guide and a leading French chef at the restaurant La Côte Saint-Jacques in Joigny in the Yonne area. In a dining area which underwent a facelift at the start of the year, you can enjoy natural cuisine with the fresh seasonal dishes which Jean-Michel Lorain had already introduced to the airport community by cooking for the Boco restaurant in Paris-Orly’s West Terminal since 2014

Typical menu (changed each week)

  • Starter / Portobello cream, early ceps and quince, pumpkin pickles (€10.00)
  • Main / Cod fillet roast on skin, candied celery in Blue Mountain coffee and white butter sauce with vanilla (€21.00)
  • Dessert / Figs roast in leaves, light ewe’s milk bush mousse (€8.00)
